I was floating in the hiring pool during that 3 year period, and last January I was just over 900/200. I was contacted requesting an updated resume with flight times, I sent it to them, and never heard back

Very odd.... Well perhaps you can follow up if you are still wanting too... But I could understand going else where as well....

Three no shows yesterday morning in Charlotte for the interview. Really surprised at that given how hard it can be to get an interview sometimes. But it is what it is. From what we were told during the presentation they need to hire. Might not hurt to place a call to JB in Dayton and inquire? I believe they another have another round scheduled next week at the training center. Agree with what's been previously mentioned. Wish you guys the best of luck.

I was talking to scheduling yesterday and they can't believe that people aren't coming to work here for $21/hour. She said she would love to get paid that. When i told her it equates to about $18k/year she scoffed. She didn't believe me. 72hrs/month times $22/hr equals.......not enough money!
I guess when they hire new schedulers they fill them full of lies so when they give us a crap schedule they can sleep at night.

It took an act of God to get someone on here an interview. He applied on his own, then I sent his resume in, then one of the chief pilots walked his resume in and he still heard nothing (well qualified too). Then, sitting in ground school the other day, the other CP comes in and says "if you know anyone who is looking for a job, referrals are looked at first". $&@(!!!
