Find that hard to believe. Last I spoke with JB, we were still getting a LOT of resumes. But who knows.... It's who you know. My buddy with 1300/250 didn't get a call for few months, then I filled out an referral and a week later he got called.

For what it's worth when I interviewed in CLT a few weeks ago the other candidate had approximately 800 hours total time. So it does seem that they are interviewing all types of candidates from prior 121 experience to the lower time pilot or CFI. Good luck!

Yes mins are dropping because I have WAY less than posted and I interview on 7.14
I hate hearing all the negative talk about PSA right before I interview but I try to put things in perspective. It's a regional airline and pretty much all of them have a lot of similarities. They all have something about them that you love or hate. Maybe the "new" contract will improve things.
I know the negative....anyone care to fill me in on what to expect that's positive?
To all those that post.....thanks for the info provided on the forum. It helps out all us newbs.

Also, does PSA have high speed overnight lines? If so, do they go pretty senior?

Any reservees based in Knoxville on here? Curious to find out if you are sitting waiting for a call or are they calling you right away? Also if anybody has info on a possible crash pad in Knoxville, I am looking.
Everybody in my interview class in May was either over or pretty close to the 1500 and 500.

460/180 I've been fortunate to have a gig, albeit part time, in addition to my full time non-aviation "real job" the I've had since completing my multi. It's in the plane that I got my multi in so every hour I've flown since has been multi. I've also been flying a 310 and I have a small amount of time in a Cheyenne. I feel your pain on the school loans thing. Luckily my wife makes good $. If not for her income I wouldn't be able to take a job at a regional. If I get an offer, it will be a pay cut for me but only for a couple of years. You find ways to make the money work out if you want "it" bad enough, whatever your "it" may be. I have to pass the interview first. Anybody got any tips? Good luck to all.

As far as a Crashpad, it doesn't help much, but Im running one till September. If you don't find anything then you are welcome to stay for the rest of this and next month.
