Any reason for that many wash-outs? Were those recalls flying since their furlough?

Over the last 2.5 years we've recalled nearly 55 pilots. Until recent all passed. 2 as of late, who were not flying frequently, did not make it. If 2 out off 60 recalls and now new hires wash out classify as high then yes.... We've had a high rate. 2 to me is low out of 60....

I meant the wash out rate of new hires. I'm only aware of last two recall classes where 2 out of 9 RECALL guys didn't make it, almost 4 would've washed out as one failed pc, other one failed loft. That's pretty darn high if you ask me. Now in regards to the new hires, I had 18-19 in my class, I believe 9 of us made it through, next class was just as big maybe 15-16 but only half made it as well. Don't quote me on the exact figures but hiring 8 a month new hires, we have to assume, 2-3 won't make it.

20 in my new hire class all passed. 20 in the class after me all made it. Also we're hiring pilots with more experience and I think most will be fine if they have a good attitude. Our training department has great people in it right now. I don't see us having a high washout rate if you have a good attitude and are prepared. Just my opinion though. To each their own.

Default POH - Immediate Action Items

Hello,

I got called for an interview in Charlotte on March 16th (Had option of 3/9 but it was too soon for me). (My hrs: 1850tt, 650me, 500 pt.135)

I'd appreciate it if someone could get in contact with me to email:
1) CRJ200 POH
2) Immediate action flows (& any other relevant training documents)
3) Fabled list of interview written questions (I have 2 lists already, but want to make sure I have ALL the Qs).

Thanks. I'll let people know how the interview goes and what they tell us all.
