Normally that's true but it seems to be this company's goal to try as hard as they can to make people hate their job, probably as much as they hate theirs....you can only fight it off so long around here.

What is so bad about the company??
What did you expect at a regional? Guys got hired with 300 hrs and upgrade in few years and make decent bucks. You don't even need a college degree.
Some of us have 150k plus student loans, worked hard in college, got hired after risking our lives instructing, get furloughed and recalled only to be stuck in rsv for years with no upgrade in sight.
Even then, it's what you make of it...

What guys are you referring to? We all flight instructed, most went to college and have debt, and upgrades have been waaaay over a couple years since 08. In fact, those that did upgrade in 2.5 ish years were subsequently downgraded shortly after for a few more years.

I don't know what number equates to many? But I know of a handful of captains that interviewed before the ssp and got the thanks but no thanks. I does seem like more people are getting interviews since this selective hiring process started.

If your a captain and have a 4 year degree at Psa there's a good chance you'll get an interview, getting hired is the hard part. I only know a couple captains who got hired but I know a ton of guys who got the thanks but no thanks...
