Okay I see your point. Yes its true, until recently you could get out of high school, go to all atps for 6 months and jump right into an rj. Agreed, the bar was set low, but theres only a handful of people here that got in that way.

Yeah don't take it the wrong way. If I had to do it again I would've went that route lol could've been holding a line in the majors by now.

And the only reason they didn't get hired is because PSA is not letting them hire us.

Simply not true. I was hired as were many others and I'm nobody special. Between the class that started yesterday and the two classes I know of in July, there are at least 4 PSA Captains in them. Are they interviewing a lot of people, yes, it appears that way. Are they only hiring the bare minimum of 3, per the new agreement? No idea, maybe. Is there some conspiracy to not hire wholly owned pilots? Absolutely not. Theres been PSA and PDT people in every class since last fall. Those are the facts.

Don't know but I certainly hope this pilot group will turn down any proposal of concessions for new airframes when/if they approach us.
