I think we need to start talking about something else.... If y'all want to keep talking about this issue do it in private not on the forums it's disrespectful to the guy and all the facts aren't there for a public discussion... Agreed. I'll I'm say'n is be careful out there guys. Just because the staff at a training department smiles at ya don't mean they wont cut you loose at the first sign of anything but perfection. God speed airmen.

I have been here for over 5 years...extended a sim session in upgrade...(yes, even some Captain upgrades have been "cut loose" after two failed attempts).... ...this Training Department will work with you...offer you additional training, etc....goes for the Check Airmen too.....Training and maintenance departments are two departments I don't have an issue with at PSA...the rest I deal with as I feel comfortable with my equipment and the First Officers that are presented as a valid crew member!! Ohhhh....good crews all around for the most part ...I hope your friend finds another training department opportunity soon !!

Ha ha. It's a regional. Same as the rest. Work here if you live near a base. Otherwise look elsewhere.

PSA can improve a lot! But it can also get a lot worse compared to other regionals. We're kind of in the middle of it all. I personal don't regret coming here over eagles and awac. Although if awac called before psa, I would've gone with awac just to be based at home.
