No, what changed is that 5+ years ago, the regionals were still growing. Now the 50 seat RJ is officially dying, even if some fleets will survive a few more years on life support. The business model of FFD has failed, and the regionals will never again see the growth and profitability of the early-mid 2000s. it will be all shrinking, whipsaw, and race to the bottom, with everyone trying to grab that last chair before the music stops.

By grabbing the last chair before the music stops are you referring taking concessions to underbid the next guy so they don't take the airplanes? Like what some PSA guys are saying?

That's exactly what I'm talking about. Pinnacle did it, now PSA. At least you guys said no for now. Who's next?
