Overall, a 3% failure rate. That has dropped drastically to below 1% in the last year. Some of the first guys to go had not been to new aircraft training in 15 years, and hadn't been an FO for over 20.

I don't know what the hell a number of you are smoking, but you need to keep buying it . These companies love sticking it to little flyboys with big dreams. PSA Direct Entry....if that needs explanation you all are in trouble.

It's pointless to listen to this guy. He doesn't understand how numbers work. A pilot hired 15-20 years ago at Envoy took that long because of the situations that happened with AA hiring. That experience has no bearing on the flow time of those getting hired at Envoy. The flow time of an Envoy pilot hired today is only dependent on the hiring at AA. That is it, not the time frame of those flowing now.

No you apparently are dense. You think those guys thought they'd be at eagle for 20 years? I understand things happened to freeze flow etc. You think the world and economy are immune to anything else happening? Ask those guys how long they thought the flow would be 15 years ago.

I still love how PSA pilots were "idiots" because "flows never work, look what happened to us at Eagle."

Now however, those same exact guys are saying that Eagle is suddenly the place to be due to an awesome flow.

Love this website.

Go on. Keep trying to convince yourself why a Envoy pilot who took 15-20 years to flow today has any bearing on a new hire's time to flow today.

Fact is, it has 0% bearing on their length to flow. Two aren't even related.
