The only issue with that is, you won't be able to drop trips like the ERJ guys because theres less reserves. Bottom line, you'll become more senior on the CRJ quicker. That is subject to change as we take on more ERJs. You'll be good on either airframe. The most important thing is base selection

I'm in no way saying he'll make a bad pilot, but that attitude is not going to end up with happy times in the cockpit and on overnights.
