The only way to find out the real truth about Colgan or any other airline is interview and check them out for yourself. It should only take you two seconds to figure out after reading the posts on this site that most people are talking out of their A** and act like they know what life is like at every single regional out there. What may be for one person may not be for another.

I get mixed reports on what's accepted and by whom. Watching someone fly trip legs is pretty weak experience, but renting a twin and soloing in the soup at $18k is more than an FO makes in a year. You are right, I will have to see what they say.

PS Colgan keeps lowering there minimums because its not a good place to work, and the attrition is mostly do to FO's making lateral moves not because CA's are moving on to bigger and better things.................unless of course you consider Kalitta and North American better things..................
