The Facebook group “Pilot Wives” knows EVERYTHING.
Just saying.

That's why actual sexual relations, or at least being alone in a hotel room, are easy pickings for someone looking for a #metoo payday.

If you stay in public view, there's always the chance of surveillance video disproving a bogus claim. IMO it's more about removing temptation and minimizing your vulnerability. I'm not paranoid, but I am conscious of it.

If you're single or otherwise "in play", there's a whole additional set of considerations. My consideration is just to not have unaccounted for time out of public view.

My views have changed dramatically, I recently vocally supported one co-worker (the female) in a he-said/she-said situation. Boy was I wrong, turned out the plaintiff was trying to deflect serious discipline by twisting poor judgement into a rape claim. It's for real fellas.

So you're saying, if you want to bang a flight attendant, better do it in public view? :)

Married to a 121 pilot as a pilot (ACMI/91K/121) for over 20 years. Never worked together. Both of us enjoy having a beer with the crew either one on one or with a group. Never any problem. Maybe some of the problem children should have been weeded out?

I think I need to apologize. I didn't realize I was in the company of such pilot studs (young AND old!) It must be tough to have to fight off the crazies who want to bang you , then cry rape.

Hope some of you will have the nuts to post your fabulous photo!

It's not about looks, most men in their twenties these days want to be NEETs, playing video games in their parent's basements. Pilots, by default moved to the top of the food chain.

Sweet! A new term to learn. What’s a NEET? Is that kind of like an Incel?

No education, employment, or training.

This thread is pathetic. Just be a good human.

It’s not 1974 or even 2004 anymore. Being a “good human” is too ambiguous.

You sound like the kind of guy that would be struck with the wide-eyed stare of shock and maybe a little cognitive dissonance when you get called into the CP office over something like this.

Don’t let some thot ruin your career because she thought you weren’t being the “good human” you think you are.

Give them no opportunity.

Of course it is. You generally have to be with the older, mature F/As. However, the guys who get in trouble usually avoid the "Gays, Grannies and Grandes."

Hahahaha love the reference.
Laughed so hard my ribs hurt.

Kind of surprised—-shocked even—-by the majority of responses of guys.

Now I’m trying to figure out if they are overly cautious/pessimistic..or if I am not enough.

Actually have an issue of this nature is exceptionally unlikely.

But if you do, you'll be instantly sacrificed on the altar of PR. That was the big wake up call for me. No explanations required or desired.

The company wants you to avoid getting embroiled in this kind of situation. They don't care whether or not you actually assault anyone.

The legal system really needs to throw the book at ANYONE, regardless of gender, race, etc whom falsely accuses another of sexual assault.

Forget getting taken to the cleaners civilly.......I’m talking CRIMINAL charges with 5 years in the slammer.

If one can get that sentence for willfully omitting something on a med certificate app, why shouldn’t a much more serious offense warrant at least as much time behind bars??

Why??
