More XJT flying for DAL

Do you mean Charter as in the 10 charter planes or the XJT branded flying. Because the charter really isnt based on loads so to speak. But if you meant the branded ExpressJet Airlines flying. The loads have been pretty good considering we just started ops a month ago and havent even finished opening up all the cities yet. We have had numerous full flights thus far. Not bad all things considered and it should only get better especially as the summer flying takes off. No pun intended.

Please don't brand all of the 3,000 pilots at Xjet based on the few over-exuberant posters here. If ten people say obnoxious things they most certainly cannot speak for 3,000.
That said, I think that some of these posters realize that they are in a slightly better position than being at the current average regional here and push it just a bit too far sometimes. At the end of the day, I believe that all regionals suck, but some suck less.

Of course the few on here don't represent the whole pilot base. I usually make a point of stating that.

yeah everyone at express seems to be pretty happy and content. Theres a few way to hyped up people who maybe have drank too much kool aid but that is definitely the minority at express. i am betting 95% of our pilot group could give two ####s about whats said on an online forum. There are some people at every airline that are the way to excited about aviation, "i went to riddle", watch me fly flight sim as a kid type people out there. Express doesnt have many but they are out there!!!! sorry for fellow xjt people seeming arrogant but i hope you realize 95% of us know our **** stinks too ... just that 5% retarded percent is usually the most vocal percentile.

I love Express, but thats becuase what I went through before here, and the Pilot group at least 95% are good guys/gals to fly with. If it seems I post with arrogance, its probably just becuase you can't sense my joking on a forum, in person Im acutally not the ass I may appear to be on-line

As near as I can tell, most people that are high on Xjet came from other, crappier regionals and now the grass is certainly greener. Yea, they sometimes come off as "cocky" but come on now...we're pilots...we're all cocky. That's just the way of the world.
Xjet is proud of their company and they should be. Just like I'm proud of my company. Some people express that more than others. Main point...if you hate where you work (minor disputes aside cuz we all have those) you probably shouldn't work there in the first place.
