How does the company award aircraft and domiciles on the first day of new-hire? What is it based on?

Based on senority and open spots within the bases. Seniority in the class is based on prior mesaba employment (ie. rampie, aisle donkey, gate ladies) if applicable, and then based on date of birth among the remaining new hires. This current vacancy that the new hires for the september class has openings in every base as it appeared when I last saw it.
