I put in an app on the website about 2 weeks ago and haven't heard a thing. 1,800 TT, 1,000 jet time part 121. CFI, II, MEI. I can only imagine that is competitive. Maybe not. How long are they taking to call?

I'm not positive but i've been hearing between 4-6 weeks...100-150 apps come through a day and they interview 24 a week...

It took them 6 weeks to call me. That seems to be how long it takes for everyone lately.

I would say your stats are competitive even today. How long it takes them to call you back seems to depend on how many applications they had received at the time you sent in yours. It could take 6 weeks, or it could take 2 weeks. No one really has the insight on the process except those folks at the HR and crew planning.

HA! I don't think crew planning has insight on much of anything. Not that they have an easy job but come on, how many months of scheduling asking for out of base reserves in MEM before planning gets the hint that we need more bodies in MEM?

How long is the training taking from day one of ground school to IOE? Is there a training backlog with all the new hires?
