Mesaba new hires
#4591
I don't think there is much of a training backlog, certainly not like the backlog we saw at our peak of hiring. I would plan on 6-8 weeks.

Hey guys, question...I heard that if you're FO in the 900, when it comes time to upgrade, you MUST upgrade to Saab CA. Is this true?

Not at all... any FO can upgrade to any a/c as long as they meet the qualifications, their seniority can hold it and there is a position available.

Now on a side note if you are waiting to upgrade on the 900 and not on the property right now it will probably be a while. There where a few in the mid 500's when the Saab seatlocks where on that got the 900 but right now vacancies are all in the low to mid 400's with 1140ish on property right now

MSP based folks,
Is there a list of crash pads in the crew room? I've checked mymesaba and there wasn't much there. I haven't had a chance to check out the crew room yet to busy studying.
Thanks

JSDL,
Here is a number of a guy running a crashpad in MSP (2187798656). I am in it right now, and its 190 a month, right by the Mall of America, which is about a 5min walk to the light rail. I am not sure if there are any openings at the moment, but it seems like there are people coming and going. I will actually be moving out at the end of december so I can hold a line in DTW. If there is a spot, I would take it, its a really nice crashpad and all the guys here (Mainly NWA, and XJ pilot) are really cool.
Hope it helps man, and good luck

How long did it take you to hold a line?
