whats the word about when you can reapply? I sent in the resume in sept... got the denial letter. (I think it may have had something to do with a speeding ticket in august). Well the speeding ticket didnt get put on my record.. so I am thinking of applying again. Too soon? no prior 121... I have a 135 job, 650 TT 70 ME. I know that there are many out there that need jobs and my time is still low; just hoping for the best though.

It's likely your time that disqualified you, not the speeding ticket. Keep updating, that's all you can do.

Even then who is going to invest/buy a regional with the chance of it's flying being taken away by the company who sold it off? Barring an even worse economic meltdown or anothe 911, XJ should be stable.

The answer is and ALWAYS WILL BE NOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!

yeah i figured that would play a factor... but i have seen several pilots recently that have gotten interviews and hired with similar times. I am not counting on it though. Prob just wishful thinking.

Competitive mins have most definitely gone up. It's far harder to get the interview with lower time at the moment.

The online app doesn't seem to permit updating of times anymore. So what's a guy to do? Start a new application? Is that even possible?

It has been very quiet on this thread concerning interviews lately. Are they still interviewing regularly, what about recent classes, who has been getting called/hired? Maybe it isn't quiet, but it seems as though there has not been as much feedback as there was a few weeks/months ago.

Does Delta make you pay if you bring your dog with you while a non-rev? NWA makes us pay 80 bucks to bring the stupid dog in the cabin. What is delta policy?

Wow, you care enough to bring it in the cabin, then call it stupid? Isn't the $80 worth the price of your pet?

As for interviews... YES, we're still interviewing weekly and filling classes into the spring. There is also another thread going about Mesaba hiring, which is much shorter.
