Ted - I'm hearing HR is make headway in the backup of applications. It goes through multiple screenings before the applicant is actually called. No news is good news... have patience.

Check all the sources - not just the pilot stuff. Mesaba is advertising to hire A & P Mechanics at the usual sites: MSP, DTW, etc. (usually 5 or 6). They are looking for 13 at De Moines and 40 (yes forty) in Atlanta. Sounds like a major expansion.

I sent my online app on November 11th and still have yet to receive a response email/phone call whatever. It seems like I was reading a post a while back where a fella sent his after mine and already got a reply. I'm not sure of the process or how that works. In the mean time, still waiting.

-900 hiring will continue through april, and saab hiring will continue until feb. 6 -200 captains will have their seat lock released on the next vacancy and this will be the last time this happens. ATL flying starts feb. 12 on the -900 and saab flying starts march 2nd with two airplanes. Memo came out yesterday. Hope this helps.
