A bunch of former military guys in one class? Are you counting helo guys and non-flying military?

Unless this guy has some skeletons in his closet, can't fill out an application properly, or comes across as a psychopath in interviews, he'll be at a major within a year. With 2,000 hours of PIC time in heavy jets, he's the purple squirrel major airlines are looking for.

Wholly owned.
American owns Piedmont, Envoy, PSA. Delta owns Endeavor. I think United now holds a majority share of Expressjet, and so they might be considered/treated as a WO as well.

Horizon is a subsidiary of Alaska Air Group, so you can group into the same category.

United owns 49% of ManaAir, which is the sole owner of ExpressJet, so only a minority owner. But the other 51% has close ties to UA as well.
