It encourages people to complete the mission. If something goes wrong they have an easy scapegoat. I like to save some bank margin for ME, in case I catch a bad gust or something.

Also half the time you have excessive crosswinds its because the tower doesn't want to switch runways. And we enable that.
You as PIC should tell the tower you can’t accept the runway they are using due to winds and tell them what runway you need. After a bunch of go arounds due to this the tower will get the message and switch runways.

This all depends on when you kick. Too high and you’ll need excessive bank. Too low and you’ll either side load or you won’t be aligned and you’ll head off the side.

The companies set their limits for all the peon pilots due to your skills as king of the sky. We shall all kneel to your crosswind prowess

Pm me for my crosswind guide in the CRJ. There is a modest fee involved.

The time to kick is when you can't stand it anymore and think you're going to hit, any sooner and your going to drift off requiring wing down.

That sounds like the special tracking guide to crosswinds.

In all seriousness, though, do you not use ailerons during a crosswind landing?

I don’t think you want to publicly disclose your potential interest. That’s ok.
