From drug test results from your previous employer. I believe anytime you go through a DOT drug test, its stored in some database that your future employer can find out. The other questionable item would be, the employment gap. The one other thing I can think of is from CASS.

How did the new law change PRIA?
The new law requires employers to give all the records they must report under PRIA to the FAA. The FAA will put those employer records, along with all the records the FAA must provide under PRIA, into a pilot records database. Airlines will then check the pilot records database to fulfill their PRIA requirements

There is an important line in AC-120-68F (current PRIA AC) in the "Best Practices" section:
1-7 c. Disclosure. The FAA expects a pilot applicant to disclose all pilot testing failures to any potential aviation employer.
While I don't know if the FAA could take action if an applicant doesn't disclose a failure, a company certainly could deny an applicant for not living up to the "Best Practices.
