If Comair does open a new base, Will that require more crew to operate? NYC base in return of Recall? Thats what I am thinking the company has in mind. If they are planning an NYC base we should get something in return.

Out of curiosity, is there any specific number required for a recall? I mean does the company have to recall X amount of pilots at one time in order to issue the recall, or could they just even recall 5-10 at a time?

I'm not for a joint LGA, JFK...just one more way they can screw with a reserve or a displaced pilot.
You come into JFK, then they tag you with a flight out LGA...you have to pay your own way over there.
The way our scheduling operates, I hope the union fights it, if this is being looked at.
