Yep, I am getting the PIC time. Up to about 4000 now at last count. Just can't afford to go back to making $30/hr. Looking into the international contract carriers at the present time. I had thought about selling my pic time for $2/hr. Not sure if that's legal though.

I'll take 1000 hrs and you can have my reserve schedule for February AND my second year F/O pay...that's 5 bucks more an hour than 30! I'll throw in Boardwalk and Park Place for the hell of it, too.
Well I got a line this month, but back on reserve for Feb. Wonder why two guys just junior to me got a line? We all have our MV/LOE next month too. Oh well, hopefully get LC and sit at home some.

Sorry, but I can't use your reserve schedule, I already have one of my own to deal with. 5 years this month on reserve.
My friend just got hired at Comair with a class date of April 21st, and that was the earliest..........odd
I interviewed in late june, got hired in early July with a Sep start...i guess they like the classes of 5 a piece..maybe that's when they're "freezing hiring" till?
Comair is NOT freezing hiring. They will continue to hire 8-10 per month until summer when hiring/upgrades are *expected* to pick back up. I personally know of 2 in classes in March, and as Paok said above, she knows someone in April.

We may be still hiring, but we'll have less pilots this time next year. And to tell you the truth, I'm not sure I understand why we are hiring if JS wants attrition to do its job.
