Except AE parked all their SF340's. The only TP's they're operating are the ATRs.

Will a commuter need a car in DTW to get to the airport or is public transportation anywhere close to JFK's system?

HA HA HA HA!!!!! this is Detroit, the "auto capitol of the world" Unless you are staying at a hotel that provides a shuttle, there is basically no such thing as public transportation in this area. There are some cabs and a joke of a bus system. Oh we also have the "People Mover" but that won't do you any good unless you want to go in about a mile loop around downtown which is about 25 miles from the airport.

if it's even a decision for you whether or not to accept recall you should stay at where you are and reject it... as long as your alternative employment doesn't involve saying "would you like fries with that?" you are probably taking a pay cut and a QOL cut going back (keeping in mind the aforementioned job would be about equal in pay and has better hours... unless ur working the drive-thru at midnight)

I agree and I'm way junior in regards to the furlough list. Most of us have been out what 20-21 months? I think the guys who are making a often times hard decision about their livelyhood, family's lives, and careers deserve the full 10 days.
