can they do that. im sorry i know i should read the contract etc. its in storage. but are they able to skirt the recall rules if they get "volunters".

No. I was recalled when the first 100 letters went out. I accepted the August 1st class date. They called to see if I would like to move my class date up to July 19th.

Not true.... as stated it's 21 days from reciept.

Letters: 13 voluntary, 35 invol

Voluntary being recalled to last seat held, invols to DTW. All back on august 15
