How many pilots is CVG down to? Did another regional come in ala CHQ/MESA/GJ?
Eventually I may be moving back to CVG and will be looking to purchase a significant amount of condo rentals in the Florence (former pilot central) area.... Used to be nothing but Comair renters, unfortunately no more.
Curious if CVG is really a ghost town or is there another regional based there?

When I left in October, CVG was the crew base for the 70/90, 50 was based in DTW. Even so, you'll see plenty of other DCI carriers in there, but Comair had more departures. That said, CVG was down to 160 daily departures from the glory-day peak of 900. So, yeah, it's pretty much a ghost town.

I remember those days.... My personal favorite was doing a CD at 11 pm and being in line with 20 other Comair a/c. That was back in 2002 when Comair looked like a good choice... Ahh the good ole days
