If you add up the min/max values for all the seats you get 1392-1504, which is basically what is on the senority list. So this tells me that these are their projections on how many we will have in each seat, then they will trim the fat.

I know its not allowed, but sound logical?

Rough day at CVG today:

Power surge at Concourse A knocked all power out for a while, but restored

Power surge at Concourse A knocked fuel system off line. All fuel carts out of service. Still not restored as of an hour ago.

TSA running VERY behind in scanning bags, especially intl arrivals.
