any word on how we might be awarded the additional 7 900's to equal 14?

I heard delta will decide based on D-0 & A15 times

That may play a very minor role. I think Delta will look at their contractual obligations to see who needs to get these airframes. I think we needed 40% (I may be wrong on this percentage) of all uncommitted, unawarded aircraft. Skywest may have a percentage in their contract, Pinnacle may have a percentage. I personally think this will ultimately dictate who gets how many airframes.

The 40% was from March 1, 2007 (gunpoint contract DOS) to March 1, 2008.

30% of announcements this year.

20% from March 1, 2009 to December 31, 2010.

14 aircraft up for grabs x 30% = 4.2 aircraft.

So a minimum of 5 aircraft to Comair. 7, if true, would mean Delta is being generous.

Thank you. I didn't have the POS in front of me with the percentages.

Ugh, you forgot to add an hypen/apostrophe to WHOS. Now what are you trying to say? WHO'S ?

Apparently writing a readable sentence is too much to ask?

Hey JFK people, any of you know how to get from EWR to Manhattan for cheap?...I'm sitting here all day today.

It was a side letter (MOU) that was negotiated with the LOA in 2007. It is not actually part of the physical contract. I think it's on the MEC website somewhere if you want to see it.

Isn't there a qualifier for the percentage like "new" or "unawarded"? I think there is and it means DL may disperse these aircraft as they please.
