Oh yeh and come jan 2009 there will be a big reduction in flying out of CVG due to the fact that there is just not enough space there at the A concourse for all of the aircraft we operate out of CVG. JFK here we come!

If you want to improve customer experience with Delta Connections might I be so bold to suggest you start with JFK?

Well, I guess there's no need for that new "express" bus line that they are building just outside of ticketing for that express bus to Concourse C. I bet the airport is thrilled about the money being spent on that and it's in the middle of construction, so it's not like they can just stop building it.
