CALL YOUR MOTHER *********** REPS..and get the real story

this is EXACTLY what the company wants...PILOTS ****ED AT ALPA for no reason other than what "you think is going on"...you're taking what some chump on a phone who's giving out furloughs as truth?

There is so much more to this story than "Soaper said ALPA wont come and play"

get a freaking clue people..HALF OF THE ALPA REPS ARE CAPTAINS GETTING DOWNGRADED...but no...they must be doing anything because they're content with going BACK to the seat they just spent SIX YEARS in

THIS IS WHERE, WE AS COMAIR PILOTS NEED TO STAND TOGETHER (AND BEHIND ALPA) AND START SCREAMING...A DIVIDED PILOT GROUP WILL GET ABSOLUTELY NOWHERE
Thats funny. PEOPLE!!! WHY ARE YOU BELIEVING THE LIES THE COMPANY IS TELLING YOU??? HURRY AND CALL THE UNION SO WE CAN FILL YOUR HEADS WITH OUR LIES!!! THIS IS A BATTLE FOR HEARTS AND MINDS!!!

Andy, what additional costs are their associated with voluntary furloughs?

I find the recent lack of ALPA's response to almost anything interesting. Even last week when the downgrade list was right around the corner, the current VARS had 6 or 7 "items of interest", none of which were about downgrades/displacements/furloughs.

Just saw the furlough list and got the voice mail from the CP... Looks like I'm out Nov. 5. Aug 27/07 hire here... See you guys in the unemployment line... and regardless of what people say about ALPA... F'em, no communication, no apparent furlough mitigation, no representation. This is bull sh*t.

Amen, there should be some sort of update from my union telling me why this is happening and what they are doing to try to minimize it. I would imagine that if you lost 14% of your members then you would do something. Why should the 206 people have to call the reps. They should be calling them.

Haha, thats funny. Even ALPA doesn't know we're furloughing. You have to call and tell them.
