Yeah they'll pick you up at the horseshoe and Federal Circle. Just FYI, i got there about 8:50 am, called the shuttle and the lady said about 30 minutes. I'm like no, I gotta be there in 10. So I hopped on the Hilton Garden Inn shuttle and got a ride there. It's right next to the Sheraton.

Another tip - if you'd like free coffee they have it at the Hilton Garden Inn; it was $4 at the Sheraton so get there early and grab some at the HGI beforehand. Our instructor gave us a chance to head over before he got started though. Just a heads up!

Scheduling has published my line for November a few days ago, and then yesterday they moved my days already. I guess they can technically do it, but (1) shouldn't all my other days become hard days off now, and (2) don't they need to notify me of this? I think someone was a little quick with the notify button again. Either way, I really don't care because I won't be flying next month at all, but I want to nail them on this if it is a contract violation! Should I add it to my list of grievances?

I went through in Sept., unless they've changed it since then you shouldn't need anything, maybe a notebook if you want to at least look like you're paying attention. I mean, to take detailed notes. There were some handouts and booklets but that was about it.
