Don't need a thing. The Sheraton does (at least they did when I went) provide a pen and note paper. I went beginning of October in JFK and was let out around 1:30.

Just call HR and they will point you in the right direction. I called pilot training, they told me to call HR, which sent an e-mail to training so I could pick them up from HR. What a waste...anyway I got them in the end.

What time does the Sheraton pick you up from JFK? is it from the Horseshoe? Do you have to call to get the shuttle? I have the class tomorrow.

I can't help ya, sorry. I'm a local and I drove. I'm sure they pick you up in the horse-shoe though, you'd probably have to call.

To answer your original question, it is my understanding that it will be divided up evenly among those on the seniority list at the time of the distribution. You might want to call your rep for clarification... but good luck getting a consistent answer from the 'union', they cant even put aside their eMaestro issues and come to the table like men and talk furlough mitigation.
