New email out...the company desires absolutely no furlough mitigation whatsoever.

I think comair has made up my mind in terms of where my career goes from here.

So since the company is making sure they are getting all their money from us, is there anyway to get our money? I want my 50 hours of vacation if they are abusing my contract. How many people are gonna send the form to Kentucky Labor? If everybody they screwed did it I think it would be a great thing.

They can screw with me all they want and I am fine with it till they screw with my money. That just makes me sick that they do that.

I really tried giving the people at this place the benefit of the doubt, but now I just feel beat down and cannot believe what they have put us through the last 48 hours or so, let alone the last several months. I really hope they struggle to find people to come back when (if) they recall down the road. This furlough is turning into a blessing in disguise...

You must not be getting furloughed... it was from the furlough committee chair to all furloughed pilots. Basically saying that the company isnt interested in furlough mitigation other than flex line value. Oh and to make matters worse, the company isnt reimbursing our checks... only those of us that had more than 400 taken out will see 2/3rds of it back and the rest taken out of the next couple of checks... Apparently DS finally met with the furlough mitigation commitee today. Guess that didn't go anywhere.

If JS and DS are the future of Comair then there is no future. If Comair is to come out of this merger then a lot will have to change. If I am even to come back then a lot will have to change, either that or I'll be very desperate.
