ANSWER! I hope...

Contract doesn't really specify anything about whether or not you're on an off day/training/etc. It just says LC pilot will contact scheduling the 'day before' a single, or group of reserve days. So I would say yes, call in.

no you are not, only before a block of days when you're not on duty. If you want, call in anonymously and just say "does a LC need to call in if i have LC window directly after my groundschool". Just don't tell them who you are, they'll answer the question.

I did this once, only it was cause i was on a regular reserve window (a5 or something) the day before, then planning switched me to LC2 for a few days. So i had already been sitting reserve in JFK, they said i did not have to call in the day before since it's not "before a block of days".

Better safe than sorry if you ask me though.

This is all I could find. Not sure why you think this a good or bad thing.

Make sense for pinnacle to take them now because they have a/c coming on property next year that they already have to train people for.

I dont see how these a/c end up back with comair? Why not just give them to us in the first place if they are going to do that? When it come time for these a/c to leave pinnacle management will tell them if they just sign this ****ty contract these airplanes will stay on property along with our deliveries.

Default Just one FO's opinion

I don't see any new aircraft on the property until after the merger.
