Default RAH mins

I applied at RAH through the website this weekend with 750 TT and 110 multi. An instructor where I work got hired with 800 TT and 50 multi. I got a bounce back email saying they would pursue other candidates, but it was a generic email, so should I send my resume in to someone directly?

published mins are 1000tt 100me...have heard of people getting in with less if someone walks in their stuff. Keep trying though, the email response is automated and ive heard of people that have way more time than the mins getting the same email.. just keep at it, we need people

I applied with 800TT and 250 Multi and got that bounce back email. But, the next day I got a call from their HR dept asking to set up an interview. The woman said the computer system will automatically deny people so the hiring department has to call the applicants manually to set up the interviews.

I've got a friend who got the bounce back e-mail. Now that he's found another job, he gets a weekly phone call asking for an interview. Have someone walk it in, fax it in, mail it in. Be persistent and I'm sure you'll hear something.

A year ago they wouldn't even touch you if you weren't at 1500TT and 300 ME (DCA guys not included)...those days, it would seem, are long gone. Just keep at it.

Fax it in. I applied thru the website.....after a week nothing. Faxed it to them in one morning, withing three hours I had a call back asking me to come to INDY. I have way over the mins, but if you want to get it looked at FAX it to them. When she called to invite me she asked ME if I had applied online..... so that tells ya how much they may or may not look at that system.

When I applied, they were firm on the 1500/300. I got the email, even after I had their mins. The day I started class, they dropped the mins to 1000/100. I haven't kept up to see if guys with less than that are getting hired.
