Our management is cutting back thin routes, overall load factor is 51%, thats not too bad, and L/F is not as important as how much the tickets are. And again our business model is not similar at all other than the a/c size......... I would rather work with "starry-eyed" people who believe in their management than an apathetic group like your bunch....... And from what I understand these planes would not be coming from the branded side, they would be purchased............... It doesn't matter...it's 50 seat regional pay. |

Saab, you're simply irrational.
You can't stay focused. Let me guess, when you hand fly an ILS, you used the FD because you can't keep up with all the other instruments. Sorry this thread got out of hand, I was mature, but Saab was determined to make this about Colgan. |

And when I fly an ILS I do use the F/D, even the A/P sometimes, because my airline pays me to fly people from A to B as safely as possible, not try and prove myself to my CA's. |

We get paid per completion of the flight whether its oversold or no one shows..........
