Default ERJ vs CRJ

What if any are the major differences between the CRJ and the ERJ. Are the systems and avionics pretty much the same?

I hate to post the same thing so if anyone knows of a previous thread please post the link.

I am not sure but I think I recall a thread of this nature having been brought up once or twice before.

ERJ vs CRJ:
One is made in the jungle, one is made in the arctic

As a side note:
Deos anyone else find it funny that for a plane made in Canada, it sure behaves like a tired 5 year old child when you try to start it up and its cold out.

Well, what you're asking is like asking what's the difference between a Boeing and an Airbus. Different airplanes, different systems, different avionics, different everything. They take the same fuel, that's a start.

I would include any seat forward of the door as well.
