You'll have plenty of time to learn to fly the RJ, while you're flying the RJ!!

You're right, RickJames, no one should be a pilot under the age of 40, where their bodys have started the downward trend. As a matter of fact, I think NO ONE should fly ANY PASSNGER JET without have 1200 PIC turbo jet time which they have paid for out of pocket. That 35 year old working on his CPL is MUCH more safe than the 22 year old with a CPL and a ME rating and has twice the hours. They need to put a law on this stuff.
This has GOT to be a joke.

That's not to say a 23 year old can't be professional. I'm 23 and I wouldn't even think about doing something that stupid. Maybe it's just a Pinnacle thing. From what I hear they have changed their training curriculum accordingly, though.

So you want to be a pilot? Come work at Pinnacle!
We'll know it's bad when they start recruiting at Young Eagles events.
I just hope that there is some cutoff point where the incentive is no longer "we will hire you with very low time" and becomes "work for us because we pay a wage you can live on."

Everyone knows that 2 young guys in a Pinnacle jet are 100% professional and don't switch seats and don't stall at FL410 which doesn't make both engines flame out, and even if that DID happen, they would be able to read the checklist which would tell them to not even try a restart above a certain altitude otherwise the engines might core lock.

Are you kidding me? No one has the money to pay for 1200 turbojet time, and do you realize that the majority of regional jet pilots are under 40 right????? Also I have had 35 year olds get lost on their cross country's before, because they felt like they didn't need to listen; but my younger students make them perfect. Go back to posting in the flight training section where some one is a fool enough to listen to you.
