I cant imagine that being an issue. The plane is certified to 25,000 feet and to be certified at that altitude it only needs oxygen for 10 percent of the pax. The airplane has 3 portable bottles with 3 masks each for a total of 9 masks which is over ten percent.

Unless the masks are broken or missing or the bottles arent filled I cant see where the problem would be.

Default Upgrades... Lynx's is hiring

Looks like my comment in an earlier post on this thread has been proven inaccurate. Lynx's is looking for more first officers. They have a class of 12 upgrading and will need to fill in the spots that are left vacant due to upgrades.

you cover your own hotel room during the Denver portion of training. You don't get paid enough to cover that.

You'll be on half pay until you FINISH IOE.

WOW. Please don't tell me they have a training contract too?? I thought the industry was moving away from this type of nonsense (pay for hotel, little or no pay during training). Lynx sounds like a fun place to go (location and equip wise) but the starting pay and training pay/hotel issues make that a hard pill to swallow. How are they going to get people once upgrades start slowing down? Or their future gets cloudier with Frontiers continued losses?

Your right though. Great people and equipment. Major growing pains at the moment.

I had my interview today. I am confident that I heard both the good and ever improving right from the source. The Lynx story is compelling and there is an opportunity, but the fit has to be right for all. We live in the reflection of the choices we make and today I was pleased to accept the offer to join Lynx in a March class. That being said, can anyone share or have an idea for a source of study information (limitations, memory items, etc) so I can get going on flash cards or reading? Thanks ….

Congrats. Not sure how to give you my email with out giving it to the whole world. I have all the study stuff you will ever want. You should post some of the details they gave you during the interview. Upgrade time, time on reserve, pay issues, etc.
