Is anybody here going to the open house tomorrow in CVG? What goes on at these open houses? I have been to job fairs, but never a one airline sponsored event. I have 625/135. Still low for Republic, but why not show face....

I worked a college job fair with Kim and she seemed to be more likely to waive the TT if you had the 100 multi. FWIW. Certainly won't hurt to show up!

A friend of mine went to one last month-ish. You'll be shown the Company video, take the infamous Wonderlic test. Then you'll go onto the written. The stuff on aviationinterviews.com is pretty accurate. After that its the HR. Sometime the next day he got the call to interview in KIND. He got the job. About 1200tt/ 45multi.

Hope this helps.

So you're saying they go through the entire interview process at the recruiting event and then you have to do it again in IND if you get invited?

No, they save the technical interview and sim for IND. Makes for a short day there.

Do they do all of there fingerprinting/pee-pee testing and everything at these events after the written or once you go to IND ,not that it matters just curious as I have a clause in my contract at a prvt company that kinda states that doing these 2 things is kinda like accepting an offer from a company-cant accept any offers while under contract. very dumb I know but one of my buddys got fired and lost his last months pay for doing this.
