It depends. Do you know someone? Are you low total time but have a lot of multi experience? Are you high total time, but low multi? Did you go to Purdue? The list goes on.

Unless you are close to the mins, you'll need something else on your resume. How close are you?

no one in my class with less than 1000 hours total time... a few with less than 100 ME.

Unfortunately I don’t know anyone there, but would like to..

Is 550/150 enough to get an Interview?

Probably won't hurt to try. They like over 100 multi. Now if you applied with 250/50, you might get the bug-off letter. Then you'd have to wait several months to reapply.

If you are a former Big Sky guy they're recruiting pretty heavy in BOS. I was told this in my interview today.
