So do guys jump ship on the "Hula Holiday" after the SIC type, or after IOE???
And would this completely scar my record when going in for a major interview 6 years down the road and they see 2 back-to-back training events on my PRIA records??? SWA or something wouldn't get a little p-o'ed by that???

I jumped after 6 months. Waited to build some time and feel the place out.
I wonder the same thing myself but at the same time their are lots of guys that have done it at the majors as well. We shall see.

OHHH YEAHHH! GO JET!!! Duh i thought you all were talking about Gum Job! Yeah i have some of those stickers! I think i have seen some of those 700s in CVG, STL, and ORD! They are always taxing around with their Tail Number turned around! Oh wait.....thats their employee badges!!!!!!

Yes yes and yes. I am planning a job fair...what is the process there? do they hire from the job fair or will they still bring you out for an interview?
