You think that if we buy compass they will be stapled? I had only heard conjecture about us grabbing compass, you got anything firmer?

Hopefully not stapled to the bottom. I'm all for DOH; especially since I was hired before Compass even existed

I'm glad somebody else knows the difference. StillGrounded had me worried there.

Thank you.

...Great googly moogly. Why not ask a Shuttle captain how cool it will be to fly a 175 for the same rate as a 170 because of S5 seating capacities?

In regards to the Compass rumor, it's still little more than wishful thinking on BB's part for now. The Compass guys are aware of the rumor too, but they seem to have enough to worry about as it is.

And they should get paid more to fly a 175 than a 170 why again? After all these are the same people that negotiated the same contract that has an FO making 22.95 to fly a 99 seat 190. For some reason that seemed fair, oh thats right its because they weren't FO's anymore.

No more bodies to please no more pay, that's what they wanted. Next time it needs to be gross weight and a pay scale for FO's that doesn't have other pilots in the industry slashing our tires like we slash their careers! They want a blended rate it needs to be blended with equipment on property. If it varies from one month to the next so be it!

The last contract was negotiated before 170s were even on property. If I remember correctly, before an order was placed.
