Anybody know Jason C. from this article? Is this even PNCL or another NWA subsidiary?

http://www.nytimes.com/2008/04/10/business/10pilots.html?_r=2&pagewanted=1&ei=5088&en=85e3299 87904e0e7&ex=1365480000&partner=rssnyt&emc=rss&ore f=slogin

I hope I pasted that in properly. I flew with him back in 2007. I am here at the Norfolk C-12 shop. He will remember me.

If any he is with PNCL and somebody can PM me I would like to get in touch with him.

Thank you,

SC

Good luck to all you guys keep the blue side up

unless you are very confident in your abilities, stay away from PNCL. they WILL do anything to get a flight out on time and/or complete it. The pilots are the ONLY line of defense in protecting your certificate. I find something illegal on AT LEAST 40% of flights i am scheduled for. Everything from no alternate when needed, illegal alternates, MEL's which cancel each other out, discipline for calling in sick, liars and incompetency in crew scheduling....the list goes on and on. I also agree that going to any severely understaffed/underpaid airline going through hostile contract negotiations just to get quick PIC time and get out hurts the entire industry.

hahaha. man you are showing how much you dont know. tell me a regional out there that starts their pilots at more than that? skywest 22 bucks an hour, express jet 23, ASA 23, Comair 22, Republic 23, Eagle 24, Horizon 29, and Pinnacle 21. when our last contract was signed there were no RJ's on property just the "promise" they were coming. so they came up with RJ captain rates (which are right at where everyone elses captain rates were) and blended fo rates for the saab and the rj (hence the reason they are lower than everyone else who operates a strictly all rj fleet or had seperate rates for props and jets).

just to prove my point look at captain pay at any of the other regionals that fly 200's. for example skywest just got a brand spanking new deal and pay raise for the pilots. yet their new pay raise is just 2 dollars more an hour than our captain rates that were signed back in 2000.

so please, take your flaimbaiting uneducated comments somewhere else so i don't have to prove you wrong again.

You need to realize this is 2008. Pinnacles contract is from 1999.

And its $19k a year. And for your information I made $32k on 6 months of first yr pay and 6 months of 2nd yr pay.
