What if that question is "where is everyone meeting for happy hour?!!!"

That's what you figure out on lunch break.

Well thanks for all the responses ladies and germs...

If I could have back my original post back for a moment...

I went to the interview that morning and it went very well. I can confirm there is a ATP type test. No sim. However, there is a 'cognitive skils test'; I didn't like it much. Especially since I got about an hour sleep. ...there had been a disturbing audiable rythmic drone coming from somewhere in the hotel that kept me up for almost the entire night.

Anyway, I got the job offer the same day of the interview, before I even left the building. It was again confirmed by another phone call from their HR department by phone on the way home.

All the interviewees, (well, I can certainly say I was anyway, but pretty sure my fellow interviewees were too), were treated with respect and it was a classy operation.

Got offered choice of base and choice of start date.

Thanks to all who offered their well wishes.

I have an interview on the 21st and in the info packet it states that the ATP written and FCC license are required. Are the truly required? or is it a competitve item. I really would like to get on with them and be one of the few who wants to be in CVG.

If the information packet said it's required, then it is.......

When I went through, a year ago, they said the ATP written was not required for the interview but was required before you started class. Day one, they didn't say anything about it until someone reminded them and then they collected copies. Just get it done, it will be a load off your mind.

As for the FCC license, also just get it done. FCC.gov, it's an RR - Restricted Radio and you pay your $60 or whatever it is and they send it to you, print a copy of the receipt. If it doesn't come in time for the interview just tell them it's in the mail and offer to show them the receipt.

Good Luck to those who have yet to interview and Congrats to those who got hired!

Also show up to class with an open mind, study what they give you when they give it to you. Anything else most likely will be confusing and possibly wrong as Comair likes to do things differently then everybody else.

The 700/900 seems to be running at six months to a year seniority and it is CVG only (maybe that will change soon?). Right now CVG seems to be short on FOs and JFK seems overstaffed but it sounds like that is quickly changing as well.
