You want long term employment you need to go to one of the quality regional operators like Colgan or Go Jet. At least those guys can say they will always be able to underbid everyone else and get some long term stability in their careers.

You mean you don't want to wake up the day before your 65th birthday for a 0450 show, 14 hour day, 8 legs with 4 swaps?

Crew meal? Doubtful, it will be blocked at 5:07 pay a 3 hour break after the first flight, one break in the middle of 45 minutes to prevent a scheduled crew meal, and a 2 hour break before you finish the last flight of your life to reflect on all the times the company cheated you on flagrant contract violations....
