That's horrible, Rob is a great guy and one of the best Captains to fly with in SBY. I wish him a speedy recovery.

Ok, this has been really bugging me lately. Not sure if it has been asked but if someone who has access to the ask piedmont wants to ask this for me and let me know, I would appreciate it.

A friend of mine came into CHO this weekend for a visit. He is trying to get out tomorrow morning to CLT. We looked on US Airways website to see the flight schedule. Why in the world does PSA have an overnight in CHO for the first flight out in the morning? It is flight 2337 that departs at 5:35am. Why not put a 300 on it since Piedmont is based here?!?!?! Why pay for the extra fuel costs and the overnight hotel when you can have Piedmont do it for a lot less money? What the hell are they thinking?

That is really dumb. Getting there 10 minutes faster and burning a whole crap ton more fuel really makes a lot of sense to me.

It is only going to get worse. KCHO has more Whiskey overnights coming KEWN now has CHQ E-145's along with CR7's from PSA.
Ask Piedmont is a load of steaming waste. The chicken coup managers in SBY do not know what is going on they just react and don't plan.
I hope the rest of you guys get back soon so you can get some time and be ready for the next hiring boom

Is there a company out there with pilots or employees in general who have a lower moral then Piedmont?

Just wondering. I don't know if there is.

I'd say Northwest employees that lost their jobs during the bankruptcy when the outstations were cut loose. I'm one of them
