The most I have flown on reserve (since Nov) has been 66 hours.

My roommate was offered one last week, over his vacation, and I was offered one last night.

Anyone here about anymore recalls or do you think they are done for the year?

I'm hoping they can pick up those 3 airplanes but it doesn't sound good. They are low balling the leasing company like they always do, and apparently there are other operators willing to pay a fair price for them.

I've been hearing stuff like that since day 1 here at this "airline". Truth is that we're on our way out. Taking on water slowly....and it's going to be a very slow death. Update your resumes boys!!

Just announced 4 additional upgrades for Nov. 2 ROA, 2 MDT. Recent rumors indicate that mainline will at least honor all preferential hires that were sent letters but recieved no class date. As far as reinstating the program, that is still up for discussion. Also rumor circulating that PHX is more determined than ever right now to acquire the airplanes that are being discussed (1 -100, and 3 -300's) and are not low balling the offers, but rather looking at offering market prices for them...FINALLY! That is the rumor update for now.

How many PDT guys got the offer but no class date? I thought it was only a handful (6-8)

Supposedly J.P. in training said the planes are a done deal. Now the question is will the company staff the planes, or are they just going to be replacements for the 100's leaving in 2012 and used as spares to be used due to a large number of heavy checks next year?

That's what I was wondering. I had heard that the 100 would be used as a spare and the 300s used for new flying. Where that new flying is coming from I duno but they are starting the 3 new LGA routes soon...
