So what numbers does this put as at now? How many total recalled from the 71?

I think with the 6 that start at the end of October, we still have roughly 31 still on furlough...not exactly sure though

I know with this recall of 6 we are into the March class. Do you have the seniority list maybe, or know where it can be found?

Go to Alpa.org. Go to the member section, click MY MEC at the top and drop down to PDT MEC. It's under the Documents tab on the PDT page.

Btw, I was talking to one of our chief pilots the other day and he said that all the furloughs should be back by end of 1Q 2011 (or sooner) with or without the pref hiring. He seems to think the pref hiring will most likely happen.

I'm thinking if Airways does go with the pref hiring it will happen sooner then later as I've heard that they have already recalled through the entire East list and basically no one is taking the recall into the E190. I guess all Airways pilots, both east and west can by pass the 190 and remain on the seniority list after new pilots have been hired.

Apparently 4 more recalls in the beginning of next month.

Does anybody know anybody who bypassed who plans on taking the recall this time around?

It is true that all US pilots can bypass recall on the E190 and wait for a Group 2 (Small Bus or 737) slot.

Just to clarify, roughly 50% of the East list is accepting 190 recall which will cover all the currently planned recalls.
