Does that include August as a hiring month or are you just talking about April, May, June, and July?

August would be nice...I would love to get 80 more people below me and 40 closer to upgrade. I know their goal is 16 for April...hopefully they were able to get that many and can get that many for each month. We will see.

Anyone have an idea when the next permanent bid will be out?

It should be out Monday... the permanent bid schedule is contractual, and requires known vacancies to be put out for bid on the first Monday of the month.

Saw DJ in philly flying on a saturday..its gettin bad boys lol...he said no upgrades for may cause they can't afford to take anyone off line..but should be double the amount in june

Was he in the left or right seat? I wonder if they were really that surprised that they would be this short some day.

That's their own damn fault. Not ours. After enough abuse and undesirable work environment they shouldn't have been in denial all along about "seat locked" "reserve locked" f/o's were going to jump ship sooner than later.

A bunch of captains are picking up premium FO trips. Overheard one senior guy laughing because he was going to pick up a trip as an FO and make the other captain fly right seat. What a &#*$!!!!!

Just out of curiosity are those captains current in the right seat, I thought you had to be current in that seat in order to fly from it I may be wrong idk just asking!

All our captains are checked out once a year in the right seat and that is kosher as per AQP and Star Alliance.

On an un-related note: Anyone know where the hell our permanent bid is?
