You think PSA can hire to fill 40 additional airframes? It's still going to cost to upgrade and train FO's for those planes. I will admit, if they do get a flow to mainline or seniority numbers, they will get plenty of apps there.

Mark my words. PSA WILL NOT GET A TRUE FLOW THROUGH.

So now we are up to a $500 referral fee for new hires. Wow! I though for sure that $100 would have worked!

It's 250 if they make it online and another 250 if they stay for a year.

According to the PSA thread, and I've heard this from PSA captain, if PSA turns this down they go to Mesa next. That stings. Not surprised, but it stings.

They told our NC that to re fleet PDT isn't cost effective? Mesa will get this I think. It's 60/40 on the line saying NO to our LOA.

That right there sounds like a merger. "Too cost effective to refleet PDT". If PSA flat out knew this TA was going to lead to a merger, ML knows there is no way it would pass.

the fact that there's that many people considering voting for it is beyond sad...

Doesn't sound like its leading to a merger at all. Sounds more like a shutdown in the next year or two. Just a guess, but when the fleet is down to 35-38 frames, Tempe will turn off the lights.

Ebola going to PSA leads me to believe that company will be around a while whether or not they vote in that excuse for a TA. He's the golden child. Follow the bouncing ball. ALG-MDA-PDT-PSA. He gets moved before the company ceases to exist. B
